Yes, for every tree or plant purchased, you will receive a digital 'Grow Billion Trees' certificate via email, which includes the species details and the location of the planting site.
What is your shipping policy for live plants?
Live plants are shipped in specialized eco-friendly packaging to ensure they remain hydrated and secure. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I track the growth of the trees I have gifted?
Absolutely. You can log into your account dashboard to see periodic updates and photos of the reforestation projects your purchase has directly supported.
What happens if my plant arrives damaged?
We offer a 48-hour replacement guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please send a photo to our support team, and we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
